The hotel's location is convenient for access to Sylvia Park and the airport, but it feels more like Otahuhu than Mt Wellington. The rooms had some issues like small size and tired appearance, but the service was friendly and accommodating. The dining options were a bit pricey and limited. The facilities were decent, though the busy main road nearby could be noisy.
The hotel had its ups and downs with a bit of room snag and noise issue but made up for it with friendly service and a convenient location. While dining options were limited, the stay overall was pleasant and reasonably priced.
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport but not too close to be disturbed by aircraft noise. The rooms are not soundproof, which can be a downside, but our request for separate beds was accommodated despite the room being a bit small. The service is exceptional with very friendly staff, especially the waitress we had. Dining options were good, but the price for some items like Eggs Benedict seemed high. The facilities are well-kept, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
